Lilly first became acquainted with The Shahs of Sunset world as Reza's friend, who was a Real estate broker. The home was purchased from the estate of motorsports icon Lee Iococca. Lee was able to pay $4.25 millions for the house in 1993. This is the equivalent of $7.6 million today. Lee was able to get access to the hotel directly from his home through a side gate. This allowed him to walk to and to and a convenience Lilly as well as Dara will now have. Iococca's heirs originally listed the house for sale for $26 million. The home was sold in November, 2020.
